    OK well if rhey only advertise the CFO position now then it just have been a sudden resignation and board where not aware he was leaving or else they would have advertiaed rhe position earlier..
    Now that looks bad.. Surely if there was accounting irregularities then CFO would be the one who would have done it. So why would he leave like that knowing that now board can blame him?
    It's not making sense.
