The revised court date of Q1 2023 lines Talga up nicely with the conclusion of the Natura 2000 investigation on the 28th of February 2023. After this date the changes may take effect. If you read what the company states, it appears that is their plan as they seem to lump the environmental permit and the Natura 2000 permit together as "environmental matters" saying that they will be decided together.

"The environmental, Natura 2000 and exploitation permits for the Vittangi Graphite project were submitted jointly. The environmental matters are expected to be decided together, followed closely by the exploitation decision."

Many didn't believe that Talga's permitting timeline would benefit from this potential law change, but it likely will now.
