re: Ann: Basker-Manta-Gummy - 2P Reserve Down... Understand the sentiment Douggy, but wouldn't ROC have had independent audits of the reserves in question, previously?? I'm not too sure this exploration caper is an exact science. Even the announcement today seems very ill-defined. I suspect they were compelled to say something due to continuous disclosure requirements (and perhaps just a little insider trading), but it strikes me no one really knows what this downgrade should be, or if at all. Wouldn't it be ironic, if there was no eventual downgrade, once the other experts take a look
