Oz needs a Fed Gov owned OzzieFuelsCorp(OFC) that owns tank farms near ports - OFC could import tanker-loads from the Gulf and supply to retail outlets at a fair price. OFC could aim to operate at a commercial profit level.

OFC could also administer a proper national petroleum reserve.
