I personally think that last year sh had convinced themselves that Sarepta or similar was going to do a TA at 10 times multiple and when it didnt happen sadness and recriminations broke out on HC. the rise to 30c was pure spec, and hot air.
i ask the whiners directly - What mgt wouldnt take advantage of a hot sp to do a CR ? they were smart to get money at that price !
But sh dont see that. Rather look at glass half empty, and the path down from impossibly high 30c
last yr it was all about "here for the long term" Its now all about sp and not enough money to get through to production.
If the sp didnt spike , ANP would be in a precarious position , now they have enough funds to push the barrow much further down track
For those that suggest that they have been mislead on CR - what planet are you on ? This is a money munching machine while in RnD
