I agree lesv. As an old timer, you'd think I was a supporter of dividends,
but my plans for the substantial quantity of shares I own is to a degree a grandchildren
distribution. I already have two of them monitoring the stock. Heck of an introduction to the market. lol.

In any event, so many preferable ways to use cash. For example, not only more onsite expansion but
a significant increase in onsite expansion. How about a Canadian spodumeme company in the early
stages of development. Money into the Calix process. Money into Posco JV. As you said a smart acquisition.
Cash dividends and stock buybacks can wait at least another 18 months. For years, investors complained
that Apple kept too big a cash reserve. Not complaining much lately. Stock appreciation over the next two years
is going to more than offset no buybacks or dividends. We have an excellent management team, let them decide
how best to use the money.
