Nuances of Korean M&A notwithstanding, shouldn’t your ire be directed towards execs that hyped Korea as a done deal and juiced the stock when the deal was, essentially, an MOU and option agreement? And with no back-up options in place?
Shareholders IMO have been misled. And Management have not been straightforward about claimed “bottlenecks” in Korea and DW’s real reason for resignation.
If this were US listed, shareholders would be demanding clear answers to WTH is going on in Korea and why no back up options are in place. And the litigation firms would be readying for class action.
