FastenYSB I believe its boredom, and a lot of easy money was made from the cap raising, recently we've seen a retrace to support levels, and IMO the start of a bounce.

We don't need a good half yearly report just need it not to be be bad - I'm expecting NTA to be ~20c+ and with the funds management business on top of that there is much upside to this stock at ~11c

Traditionally investors have gone into REIT's for yeilds which haven't been forthcoming of late, hence REIT's are out of favour with the usual insto fund managers - but us punters know better, we can see the value there and the distributions around the corner!
