Your first line says it all. You bought recently because you liked the project. I can understand you wanting in. What I cannot understand is why your due diligence did not alert you to the many missteps and failures this company has had under present management.

Despite this, the company is getting close to becoming something very significant. However ,the position we are now in should have been reached 3-4 years ago. Look at the plethora of missed timelines ; MOU's that were announced and then disappeared without trace , abysmal shareholder communication ,bloated salaries for a small cap, and all the other mistakes and complaints mentioned by others.

You are also ignoring the corporate and financial background and importantly excellent connections the new TNG board bring to the table. Not to overlook the association with Alice that GW has, coming from the area as he does.
They have confirmed their commitment to the Company in a) ensuring it cannot and would not be privatised ; and b) getting a highly qualified Chair and CEO.
As you indicate in your post there is a lot to like. There will be many highly experienced mining and proven candidates who would like to be part of a great Australian success story and see it through to completion. imho
