good question. The IP, which has ONLY been proven at lab level so far, is patented in Oz and combined with first mover advantage and already having a MOU with QLD Govt is a good start. How ultimately commercially it would be structured is uncertain (JV, royalties etc?)
there are even bigger opps O/S - Russia number one but we ain’t getting in there any time soon. Sth America and Canada also.
IP registration O/S (patents) can be much more problematic as some of our Asian “friends” just loving ripping it off. A number of ASX companies these days with high end IP are choosing to NOT register patents for this exact reason…sad but true.
