This is no bank loan, no bank ever takes warrants, so its an alternative lender. What disturbs me is the lack of detail, no mention who provides the funding, what margin they are charging but I would suggest a minimum rate of 10% pa. These guys aren't even cash flow positive and yet they are taking on debt to expand, no doubt because they cant raise equity.
