How do you commercialise a medical business in the USA WITHOUT the payments from medical insurance?

Thanks dunno. Agreed that you simply wouldn't do it if you couldn't get insurers on board; I'm sure that they either have already or are very confident of getting things formalised. Was just curious as to how far along they are.
