after a long wait,the advice i got from a 'supervisor' of westpac broking is that computers work better if you delete cookies.not 'sorry for our cockup' but 'go away it is not our fault'
this was relayed to me by the 'phone farm' work experience kid. my response of 'i clear cookies and defrag every sunday' was as wasted as my observation that of all the applications i run,the most cr4ap is westpac broking.
this is past a joke.they cannot even get the basic numbers right in the holdings section.
if you are a buy hold and hope granny,westpac broking is for you.
