How about BRK just do a buy-back now with 10m of the cash on hand. Nothing will drive share holder value better in the long term, Sacrifice 1 quarter to give back to the shareholders.
Doing now at these prices is damn good value! Should have enough to keep 1 drill operating. It's has been said it's the wrong environment to be buying acreage and our oil in the ground isn't going anywhere.
Worried about slowing things down, let's sell some of our PUD reserves.... snap and where cashed up again.
Operationally and fundamentally we are so far ahead from where they thought they would be 12 months ago! Even if they did something that is probably crazy like a buy-back now (from one viewpoint) BRK would still be in a better position they expected to be in 12 months ago. YES?
