With the appointment of the new company secretary, and with all other hangers on divested from the actual tin extraction itself, along with a very strong selloff of late, would it be outrageous to wonder about an on or off market bid by APAC, or one of these other 'forces'?
Interesting buying behaviour again today , but I'm just too devolved to understand the actual 'pattern' of said activities, especially the feeds of continuous at market selling from the ask side.
OR, would it be more advantageous to leave the current board in effect, and the majority holders too sit back and count the money?
No requirements for any ASIC investigations then, especially with the concentration on ownership of battery metals by State and federal governments of late.
The current secretary appointment might simply be to aid the existing Co. Secretary to sort compliance and other issues that the company may need to wade through, post NC1, but it was interesting timing, being so late after trade on a Friday evening...
Interesting to be able to hypothesise at least, and adds colour to the day's trading activities...
