As long as we're discussing financing, maybe ANP can take a page out of Paul Hopper's book.
The structure revolves around a parcel of shares at an initial discount. This will then provide ANP with financing facilities of up to $30m in exchange for shares.
Do that, and we'll be able to get the ball rolling without diluting at piss low prices. Off to the races with decreasing dilution.
