It will be VERY interesting to see where THM ends up for its FY revenue. The forecasts were provided at a point where they knew Q1-Q3 results and Q4 actuals were in line with last year….

Having said that, given the forecast was linked to an earnout id suggest these were stretch targets put in place rather than something that would be easily achieved. I think the market would be more than happy to see revenue and EBITDA in line with FY21 - it’s certainly not pricing in much expectations!
