No, I own properties, a very large bank deposit and am looking around for my next property project.

If I owned gold I'd be poor, but I'm not, I've owned lots properties and all except one have been winners. Where's the best place to have money at the moment? That's right....in the bank, because equities, property and particularly gold and silver are looking sick.

And it's not going to get any better if history's any guide.
