ANSWER: It will and is being enlarged right NOW in stages.
You pull me up for saying "That's why Capacity will be enlarged at NAL & a SECOND REFINERY needed..."
ANSWER: Both true... NAL is being Enlarged & a Second Refinery is being planned.
Then you go on to show how Kwinana plant is planned to scale up and it has the room just like NAL possibly can.
Are you saying NAL can Not scale up..?
Otherwise... What exactly is your point and "food for thought"..?
