I have said previously that I think Vince is capable of pulling out a few surprises..

And honestly on the timeline I propose over Vince's, it comes from experience of TMT releasing their DFS in 2019, and there announcents were all worded the same way, seeking finance, boa's, finalizing enviro's, and here we are 3 years later.
So i'm not saying it is all roses from TMT either or that what Vince is putting together as a whole isn't impressive, and maybe in the end a better package than TMT.

Just wondering if the wording might come back to bite Vince if he can't make significant progress in the next 12 Months.

The government support can be a big help, I wish TMT had more of it (if they don't already behind the scenes), but it's hard to quantify that in terms of EPA being expedited by x amount of time, and the grant hasn't followed up with any details, and there was an article someone posted a few days ago that the new government might be suspending the funding under that whole inititive, but I haven't researched it so don't take my word for it... This is stuff that I am surprised AVL holders aren't discussing or even speculating about.

If a devil's advocate is not welcome once in a while to raise questions, then it's just a cheer squad going along hook line and sinker.

I might buy some AVL so I have the same right as anyone else to raise questions.
