What you are asking is banker stuff.
If they had that (which it costs to get) they could go for debt funding, almost.
We are investors here. Doing our best to pre empt all of that for max gain.
The co, to its credit, is doing its best right now as we speak to by pass all that so as to minisise dilution.

When a scheme is announced about selling with direct shipments of its Cu ore (just like iron ore) you will be paying 8 and 10c.
I am happy to take such a punt. If you are not happy, sit on the sidelines. I suggest you do you research and thinking before you come up with all the obstacles. Believe me we have all thought about all these obstacles. We also appreciate the least costly (dilution) funding path and the capital appreciation it can provide for the short to near term.
