IMO, DYOR Not Financial Advice...Totally agree with your view regarding voting and maximising the possibility of getting an increased offer from Pfizer. If i was on the fence, or even a yes voter at 14.6 cents, I would be putting my vote as no for now, and hoping that Pfizer feel forced to sweeten the deal to get voters over the line ahead of the vote. Everyone can always change their vote closer to the actual date. It seems like a no brainier and the smart play! IMO, DYOR Not Financial Advice...
