Technically, there is no sign of support or accumulation. Bottom pickers are gambling hard in hope that a big player will see value - but that could happen at any arbitrary number. No positive signals yet.

Better off looking at new companies that will carry the next bull market on its shoulders, as APX once did. You can do this by assessing a companies relative strength against the general market and especially now is that relevant. Anything bucking against the downward pressure will be easy to identify and be demanding of your attention and research. You need exceptional forward looking resources (research departments) to be good at spotting good buys with a value model for investing. Looking at current numbers is too short sighted. To make predictions on future sales and demand is reserved for those with exceptional resources. Further more, the only good stock is one that is going up - and that requires institutional sponsorship (the ones with the resources to make predictions and educated bets).
