How is it that the big polluters bear the cost of CO2 reduction? They simply pass ALL of the costs to the poor old consumer.
Its the consumer that will bear the full $114 Billion dollar cost!
Your comment is a bit like saying "lets punish the banks by putting up interest rates". LOL. The increase goes straight to the consumer.
