I believe shareholders would support something like a 1 for 1 issue at 15 cents if there was a sweetener such as an option for a half cent for each share purchased.

Say a four year term for the options exerciseable at 10 cents.

An issue like this will raise a decent amount of cash and put MUN on a solid footing for hopefully future growth.

I also believe that the total package once listed will result in current MUN shareholders having reduced losses or increased profits on their overall MUN shareholdings.
