    There are only two reasons why Pfizer has upped its bit,
    1. The no vote was too strong.
    or
    2. There is a competing bid. If there is a competing bid then Pfizer could match it and if so then Resapp is forced not disclose it.

    I'm hoping that it is the second option. Let the bidding war start.

    Just my opinion not advise.
