BAU is simply NOT working for this Company.

With oil prices on the slide, even with a third well about to generate more $$$ it will in no way be as good as it was when the price was around the $108 mark which is the price mentioned in the Quarterly.

These factors may also be something on the negative side of the equation:

- Failing to hit the key milestone for the fourth well;
- All of the hand-outs to CPS Capital. Yes, even the $10,000 per month for 12 months for 'consultancy fees';
- Falling oil price;
- Lots of bonus payments to certain Director's for 'services rendered to the Company';
- Profit taking by people over-exposed from the conversion of options;

The Company needs to get on the front foot and get the message out that the value of the Company is not solely about the amount of oil and gas spewing out of the wells - but about the fact that the land value is exponentially higher now that the wells are spewing out $$$.

So a director wants to do a home reno or go on a holiday and sell there shares if thats true well just gose to show much faith they have in this one then
