the most pessimistic view and critical eye

Good Evening Everybody,

I've spent the past week trying to look for any clue that's gonna suggest the slightest chance of failure for VIL, but I honestly struggled to find it.

I'm not afraid of anything other than a delay. There is a thing called 'delay' which really stuffed BCC up. I don't want it to haunt VIL. Other than that, I am feeling extremely good about VIL.

Can you all kindly please share with me your view on this?
A fair bit of money is at stake and I don't want to make a mistake with this one(Try everything in my power not to).

I'm an amateur and I've been very curious about the industry and try to catch up with every bit of reading I possibly can about the industry and the operational side of things.

If VIL and GGP are making the fairy tale up they're doing a brilliant job.... But if it is really just a fairy tale I need to know NOW!! I'm sure you all feel the same way I do, too.So please everyone, let's put some thoughts on the table and help each other out.
