Long term shareholders who were not happy with the management who "bought" votes the last time they were on the ropes in 2018 ,by bringing in Vimson with their cheap ( 20% discount in fact)share offer. Real long term holders, including the Browns have had enough of being dismissed and disappointed with these present executives who are suddenly interested in talking to shareholders. At the last attempt to roll these guys, they remained thanks to 3 (three) votes. Let's hope enough shareholders will take the time to vote them out this time.

A bit of a history lesson.
No the vote didn't get through last time but that 249D only wanted the one Director/Interim Chairman removed, Rex Turkington, who later resigned and a new Chairman, our current one, was appointed.

The current BOD apart from the Managing Director/CEO is a different one to that that in 2018.
