Yes, the SBLC was always glossed over by WKT in their announcements and other communications which was wrong imo. t should have been flagged from the beginning as a condition precedent to drawdown with detail on the SBLC requirements, and the risk in obtaining such a facility.
When it failed to transpire, many posters here said it would be simple to resolve and a mere formality.
The chances of getting the SBLC across the line now is very low.
