IMO 20.8 is not a sufficient premium over the IER preferred value of 20.7 for Pfizer to brag about. It is sufficient to outbid an offer of 20.7, and I don't think there is any need to disclose any offer under the Schemozzle of Acquiescence. Therefore I think there is a distinct possibility that another party has offered 20.7. If there is indeed a bidding war, in increments of a tenth of a cent it will be excruciating (to me, anyway)!
