See how it plays out. Africa holds fantastic resources, however it is rife with corruption. AVZ is learning that. If the Congo was a good place to do business, it would already be a global mineral export leader. It has world class grades of nearly everything. Jurisdiction sometimes needs to be respected a bit more.
