Hi Benny, of course it’s true. Except the trust account was their law firm.
Here’s the quote from my post you quoted. No mention of deposited to the courts, all though I can see how you would think that. My bad.

Now the exact balance is known the details can be solidified between the parties with the balance monies can then be paid to keep the case moving forward.”
Further to that 1 million, I see the money was returned to SP1 in the latest quarterly.
As far as tactics - Everyone has a game plan right. To best suit their own outcome. The waiting game is for a reason, and it’s not for lack of funds based on ISXFEU quarterly, so it’s got to be beneficial to hold off on the security payment imo.
