You are spot on allatsea with your observations. Management has been frugal, conservative, cautious and most importantly careful with their approach. They have now over $17 millions in ammunition to do what they wanted. With only slightly over 500 million shares issued , when the shares are rerated i expect to look forward to a much improved share price more towards the 20c level which the shares were latest raised. Delfin looks to be an outstanding project with some proven drilling results. I am waiting for the due diligence to be completed and hopefully get a few more before that.
