Interesting change here to include OS. I believe based on current dosage, they are already seeing strong activity as it is such that any increase in dosage is unnecessary. As a very simple example, if say you are on a trial to stop a headache and they start with 2 paracetamol tablets. And it works, without any other side issue, then no need to bother with increasing dosage as they are already seeing objective being achieved.

I am therefore of the opinion that whatever dosage they are using now, without any side effect, is already giving outcome that is beyond expectation and better than what is out there. So to save time, straight to PH2 and OS clock can start ticking.

So, if my above speculation is correct, then I won't be surprise if the interim report should indicate patients on CR or strong PR at least with no toxic side effect. Exciting times ahead.
