Non-binding though. it says how much desirable the supergrade product is.. Do not forgot Mitsui offered US$80 million for offtake of only 2 mtpa.... it says lot about HIO asset quality and demand..
how about MGT? is there any interest shown by any steel company in last 10 years or so??
