1. A discount to what? NAV? We don't have a price!
2. We already have a retail shareholder base. Why are we issuing pre-float capital?
3. What fundie in their right mind is buying a share pre-float thats suspended for 4 years, has a CEO accused of acting against shareholder interests, and has delayed their float multiple times with little to no info (which is a big risk if you're buying pre-float).

I'm amazed i even have to say this. We are not going to start with instos jumping on board. Regardless of your thoughts of JK, you have to admit that 10 minutes of research will create uncertainty for anyone. Unless theyre prepared to do weeks of reading, theyll just go "too risky" and move on.

Surely everyone now accepts that we arent listing at $1.07. End of suspension you always take a hit. Ive never seen a 4 year suspension, but we will take a big hit. You have to work through it, back it up with good results, news, and stability to see a recovery.

Dont believe me? We had just one fundie who invested in the good times. Really reckon the suspension will have attracted more? And does anyone remember what they internally revalued their investment to?

To round this off just point out all the IPO’s that have happened in the last six months? Please send me your list of companies that have IPO’d, particularly Tech companies?

If its a good environment to list send examples of company’s whose boards have proceeded to list in this market? Otherwise your opinions aren’t backed by any examples and your views are just fluff with no substance.
