How about the Drake provide a plan for the future of SMN prior to letting them take control of the board? All I see is s*** slinging without any explanation as to how they plan to commercialise the technology. From my research the Drake staff don't seem like the right people for the board. I'd like to see some changes come January but look forward to seeing what R Love can do in the interim.
