Once people are fooled or plant their heads in the sand, they're unlikely to voluntarily admit their mistake.

Consider the rate of cash burn and the amount of cash on hand after the CR. Reality will kick in and I can't see the SP staying above the issue price for long at all, and the next requirement for another CR seems imminent already.
