Even the bullet point below isn't an update...just said a request for arbitration was received by Zijin.

Have you heard of summary dispositions aka summary judgements???do you recognize any of those word highlighted in yellow below ....they've all been mentioned in previous anns when making reference to Zijin

Here, below , we know that AVZ filed its response somewhere week commencing 11th of July...oh look , some of those words again.

Cominiere have been put through the ringer and would appear to be looking pretty embarrassed....you think Zijin packed their lunch box and headed on to ICC Paris do you.... with their armor clad evidence from Cominiere ..... hard to see tbh ....

Which would be more embarrising , getting turfed out before it even started under a summary judgement ...or actually getting it on with cominiere style swiss cheese evidence

anyway, as previously said, all IMHO, the anns are pretty clear in that its not about Zijin, but some seem to get it hard to get their heads around that, but those ones are ones that generally don't contribute anything and probably not invested and don't read announcements abit like yourself, to be honest you have been on my ignore sheet for a while, but i seen someone ask a question / for a response and had your name in it , so here we are again.

AVZ announces no ICC arbitration. Case dismissed, i never post again on AVZ forum. I hang up the red boots!

Likewise if confirmed a panel is in place you retire from AVZ forum.
