This is BS, Silv. They think a price decrease of 4.7% for three months to July in Syd and 3.2% in Mel is a BIG deal?? Wonder what they will say when the real decrease occurs? Mate, the price INCREASES have been massive and all on the basis that official int rates would be close to zero for the term of their natural life - amazing. Our RBA should be hauled through the coals and every member fired for the destruction that is about to befall us. Unless of course they change their stance and say "near zero rates forever guys" which will still take us to the very edge of that proverbial cliff!
