If I were you..I would advise in opting out of ERG and ONTO KYC (keycorp). Please read as to why!

Basically.. KYC is moving into the Beijing market whereby Beijing has out for tendor, firms to install ATM and smart cards machines. Beijing want to increase the number of ATMs by another 200-300 % before the NEXT Olympic games.

*KYC ALREADY has its foot in the door with a contract announced only a few months ago.

* KYC already is turning a profit...

ERG has just flagged a $A52.7 million loss for the 2004 financial year. The loss in the previous financial year was $A198 million. The accumulated losses at ERG stand at $A475 million

Keycorp, has undertaken a restructure and is ready for expansion. It posted a profit for 2003-04 after a loss of $A51 millionthe previous year. It paid its first dividend in 2003-04. The company has a joint manufacturing venture with a CHINESE partner and considering overseas expansion.
