Depends which timeline you look at... 1Year the share price hasn't moved. Now look at other Biotechs and look at their performance in that period. In particular the Biotech Index is down nearly 25%. Biotron top 20 holders have barely moved with many adding to positions apart from a 12million holder who traded up to 10cents then dumped causing a major price movement and many funny games in between. Funding will no doubt need to be addressed for COVID trial to proceed and we will find out one way or the other soon.... Further dilution while not ideal for any ASX listed company is not a major issue as there are not a ridiculous amount of shares on issue.. on the other hand any non-equity sources or partnership in form which may include private placement (the likes which Mesoblast may be in the process of finalising) will be super bullish for a very tightly held registry.
