Ok now time to unpack Redbars last post, because in my opinion it is obvious he has been got at. And I will even be so bold to opine that he wants us to know he has been got at.
First of all lets unpack the bulshit backwards. 50 likes 50 thumbs up. What? For writing what so many of us don't wantI to read. I don't buy it. It's like someone at pfizer has hacked into HotCopper and has their finger on the repeat button.
So I look at all these thumbs up and I think many of them might be given by those who green thumb anything Redbar posts. By his own previous admissions we know he is on talking terms with Tony and Brian. They know him be a positive influencer and an advocate of Rap. I am not saying he is an upramper - I am saying he can have that effect. So he would be a prime candidate to target and take out for those in favour of the merger. Have him on the HotCopper forum publicly tell his former fellow rap shareholders that he has sold his share of the company. Just bang like that, he's out.
Ok, think of it this way maybe. Here is a guy who wants to get his message to us but has a gun to his head metaphorically speaking. You see it seems to me we shareholders who want to vote no because we want to hold a share in rap and we are prepared to put forward opinions are up against a well-resourced well-financed foe prepared to engage or at least threaten to engage with us in a court of law so that we desist from our behaviour. weather we are in the right or the wrong, who of us would stand up to the threat of legal action if this is indeed what has happened to not only redbar but TT also?
I'm not saying it has happened I'm just putting it out there as a hypothetical because the evidence suggests as much.
what evidence? well let's take red bars last post line by line:

1.Made some coin and that's all that matters does not sound like the Redbar we know. Much less ethical to what we are used to from him.
2.That you felt it necessary to point out that you left on your own terms screams out that you did not leave on your own terms. If you really really leave on your own terms you don't bother stating it. Why would you? It's a given. Begs the question then: on whose terms have you effectively resigned as one of our beloved morale officers. Well who else is there other than Brian or Tony (who redbar is on speaking terms with) acting on behalf of pfizer. I wonder if redbar is a man who has probably just had a big shock perhaps by being threatened with legal action maybe along the lines of defamation or causing financial damage. It could be any kind of common law accusation. It doesn't have to have any substance. The little guy knows that to engage in a lawsuit that, win or lose, will cause him substantial financial loss and psychological angst. After all it is you redbar who has written that you got sick and tired of the pfizer crap. what crap could you be speaking of? Oh, says Kid A sarcastically. So you pull the plug on your investment because pfizer has signed a licencing agreement with Rap, has given rap millions of dollars, wants to buy Rap (thus indirectly validating the technology) and has increased it's initial bid, has probably helped getting sleep check FDA approval, and all the time you know just as well as I do that all we have to do to keep hold of rap vote No. But you would have us believe that this is more than you can handle. Me love you long time redbar but calling you out on your bulshit here. Reckon they've got to you in the same way the church head Galileo when they threatened him personally. he was forced into recanting that the world is round and revolves around the sun. So we don't blame you redbar and we thoroughly understand you're recantation when faced with the equivalent of the inquisition but we are still allowed to call it out for the bulshit that it is.
    3. You're main concern is that if pfizer pulls out the share price will crash. Such vague terminology to use when justifying your position. Pull out of what might I ask? At this point in time it appears to the board and to pfizer that the No vote is winning. And yet, there is no evidence that Pfizer are pulling out of the development of the Covid Rap test. And there is no evidence to suggest pfizer no longer wants to buy rap. And as for the share price crashing in the aftermath of an entirely unlikely event, well that is pure speculation on your behalf and to me smacks of the kind of behaviour of a man who has been coerced (by a threat of legal action) to down ramp Rap's prospects. You know as well as I do that it is equally likely that post a no vote a bidding war could ensue and the share price climb higher.
    4. Would probably go into voluntary administration. What a load of scare mongering claptrap. What are you saying? That at this point in Raps commercialisation progress that's not one investor that's not one financial institution would be prepared to invest. Are you saying that there are no other ways available to Rap to raise capital and finance the operation? I wonder if you'd have been coerced to present a very limited and pessimistic and thoroughly unlikely perspective.
    5. That if the No vote wins that it is likely the directors will resign. Not a shred of evidence to support this view. Though it is just my opinion I feel certain that Brian and Tony have from the outset understood the core sentiment of the core of the rap shareholder. They know us from having talked to us and they knew from the outset that we would vote no and that secure in this knowledge they could act for the time being as pfizer's puppets. Brian and Tony are playing pfizer and are doing a damn good job at it because they have fulfilled pfizer's conditions down to the very letter. We shareholders just have to make sure that after the no vote succeeds we do not do something as thoroughly idiotic as to throw out Brian and Tony, because in my opinion they want to continue leading rap at this critical an incredibly exciting time.
    6. That the rap board took a gamble on the covid test... And it failed. In my opinion bollocks to that. The board was at an intersection and had a strategic choice to make. One was to continue signing up telehealth companies over the next couple of years. OR two was to develop the instant Covid Rap test and watch telehealth companies immediately come knocking at your door. In my opinion it was sensible for Brian and Tony to pursue option 2. As I countered your last post yesterday the Covid test has not failed, that is misleading of you to suggest as much, that the Covid test is being tweaked and should be presented to the market relatively soon I imagine. And really think about it do you think Rap is going to be struggling for money the day the instant covid test hits the market? No I don't think so either.
Anyway in my opinion Achilles in the form of the rap board backed by pfizer has slain our Hector in the shape of TT and red bar. Something we should mourn rather than give green thumbs up to.
I love both you men and I'm sorry for what I believe has possibly and probably been done to you in my opinion and based on the available evidence.
Stay strong rappers and you will soon find that:
Never in the field of human commerce has so much been owed by so many to so few.
