Maybe sales are being booked but payment is being deferred
also if inventroy is being increased which does not translate as sales this however causes a negative cashflow impact as increases costs for input items for the medicine
Also quarterly figures are released up to a month after the final month being reported in the quarters results.
WHat is more relevant is that margins are improving strongly for AVH and its my only green today on a red day
