Regardless about their supposed lies.. did you know that bleaching isn't permanent?
It's like a tree losing leaves in Autumn. Yes, trees need leaves to photosynthesise.
And without leaves they won't photosynthesise and will die.
And yet, their leaves regrow, and the tree doesn't die.
Breaking down of old coral is required to grow new coral.
Without bleaching or coral death, new coral will not be able to grow. Particularly relevant in a rising sea level situation.
So why the fuss over bleaching?
