I agree, that war....any war....is a business opportunity for the US Military-Industrial Complex. Arms/weapons of war is about the only US industry that hasn't been farmed out by its Multinationals.
In second place,IMO, is the weakening of Russia's economy and let's face it, the US knows first hand how economically devastating that a protracted war can have on a country's political economy.
