yeah I feel like best case for us is management sells all the land in the form of a full buy out so all the money goes to shareholders.
A 400-500m deal would be great, I definitely don't want to see management try and replicate their success trying to buy new unproven land in this environment.
Just maximise what we got and call it a day.
If they want to do more start a new company and do it.
