Last CR was @ 48c/share on 23/10/20 and prior to that, was 25/11/19. Both CRs to sophisticated investors, instos. The share price is now around 89c.
I can understand that retail shareholders got diluted as they could not participate in those CRs but the share price has doubled since as the business progressed. Perhaps, retail shareholders need a Share Purchase Plan(SPP) at next CR?
That Lab. generates about $3m p.a. which offsets a lot of the cash burn and hence, reduces the need for more CRs.
PIQ is a good biotech for long termers to hold in their portfolio, IMO.
