While the IPA has been advocating nuclear power for Australia for decades, it is hardly surprising that their poll showed Australians in favour of adopting it. It is not possible to view the questions they posed because they didn't.t publish them, so presumably they were pretty loaded. By contrast the Lowy Institute poll shows a very different story with the questions clearly available. The Lowy Institute is certainly not viewed as left leaning, in fact more often regarded as centre right.
